AFST as an organization strives to prepare its members to enter different aspects of the fire service. One way we do this is through training operations. Currently members are required to complete 3 hours of training each semester to maintain active membership. All training materials come from the IFSTA Firefighting Essentials manual. Minimum personal protective equipment includes helmet, gloves, and safety glasses. |
